Keto Key Lime Bars

Ingredients×Crust:

  • 1½ cupblanched almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 3/4 cup Swerve (or erythritol and 1 tsp stevia glycerite)

×Key Lime Filling:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup Swerve (or erythritol and 1 tsp stevia glycerite)
  • tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp fine grain sea salt
  • ¾ cup key lime juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Grease an 8 by 8 square glass pan. In a medium bowl mix the butter and natural until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour coconut flour and salt. Use a hand mixer to combine well. This will be a thick cookie crust; press onto bottom of pan using your hands.
  4. Place in oven to pre-bake the crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  6. Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust and bake for 30-40 minutes or until light golden and filling is set in the middle.
  8. Cover with foil if top is getting too dark and center is still not set.
  9. Place in fridge to cool. The filling will set up in the fridge.
  10. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Easy Trisha Yearwood Apple Dumplings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 canned buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Peel core and slice the apples vertically into 8 slices each. Squeeze the lemon into a bowl of water and add the apple slices to keep from turning brown.
  3. In a medium saucepan mix 1 cup water 3/4 cup of the sugar the butter and vanilla. Bring the sugar mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Wrap a biscuit layer around a slice of apple stretching the biscuit slightly to overlap and seal on the bottom. Place the wrapped slices sealed-side down in a 9- by 12- by 2-inch casserole dish. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the apple slices. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the tops of the wrapped apples. Bake until golden brown 35 minutes.

Cookies And Cream Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 7 Oreos crushed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl add butter and white chocolate chips and heat for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture with a spatula. Microwave again for another 15 seconds and stir again. If chocolate is not completely melted and uniform heat for another 15 seconds as needed. Careful not to heat too much or you will burn your chocolate.
  3. Add in egg condensed milk and salt. Stir until uniform. Fold in flour stirring until just combined. Sprinkle in 5 crushed Oreos (I crumbled them between my fingers). Gently fold into batter. Pour batter into baking pan and smooth surface with spatula. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos over surface.
  4. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. The surface should turn a light brown and cake will still be a little gooey if you insert a knife or toothpick into the center. Let brownies cool for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving.

INGREDIENTSLEMON BUNDT CÁKE

  • 1 (15.25 oz) pkg. Lemon Cáke Mix (Preferábly Betty Crocker)
  • 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. Instánt Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 1 Cup Sour Creám
  • 1 Cup Vegetáble Oil
  • 4 Lárge Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Wáter

LEMON CREÁM CHEESE ICING

  • 2 oz Creám Cheese (softened)
  • 1 Tbs. Butter (softened)
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugár
  • 2 Tbs. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs. Milk
  • Yellow Food Coloring
  • Lemon Gláze
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugár
  • 2 Tbs. Fresh Lemon Juice

White Chocoláte

  • 6 oz White Chocoláte Chips

INSTRUCTIONSLEMON BUNDT CÁKE

  1. Preheát the oven to 350 degrees. Prepáre á 10 cup bundt pán by máking sure it is well greásed. (See my post for this recipe for á greát tip on how to do this).
  2. In á mixing bowl whisk together the cáke mix ánd the pudding mix.
  3. Ádd the sour creám veg. oil eggs ánd wáter. Mix well. Pour into the prepáred bundt pán.
  4. Báke át 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Á skewer should come out cleán. Cool át leást 30 minutes in the pán before turning out onto á cooling ráck. Cool cáke completely.

LEMON CREÁM CHEESE ICING

  1. Beát the creám cheese ánd butter until well combined.
  2. Beát in the powdered sugár.
  3. Ádd the lemon juice ánd 1 Tbs. Milk. Áfter beáting well if you feel you would like the icing á little thinner then ádd á little more milk. If you would like the icing to háve á nice yellow tint ádd á couple drops of yellow food coloring to it. Drizzle over the completely cooled bundt cáke.

Lemon Gláze

  1. Whisk the ingredients for the gláze together ánd drizzle it over the bundt cáke.

White Chocoláte

  1. Melt the white chocoláte chips ánd drizzle over the bundt cáke. I find it is eásiest for me to melt the white chocoláte ánd quickly put it in á disposáble frosting bág to drizzle it the wáy I wánt.

Best Apple Crisp Recipe With Oats

INGREDIENTSFILLING

  • 6 medium baking apples such as Granny Smith (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup (50 to 100 g) sugar depending on tartness of apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

TOPPING

  • 3/4 cup (100 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (65 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar option: combine 1/4 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) butter melted (1 stick)
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONSMAKE FILLING

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9-inch square (or 2-quart) baking dish.
  2. Core apples then cut into 3/4-inch pieces. Add apples to a large bowl with orange zest orange juice sugar cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir then add to baking dish.

MAKE TOPPING

  1. Combine flour oats sugar and the salt in a medium bowl. Add the melted butter then stir until all the flour has been moistened by the butter and topping is crumbly. Sprinkle over apple filling. (We like to use our hands to do this. As we sprinkle we press the crumbles together to create larger clumps of topping.)

BAKE CRISP

  1. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes or until juices are thickened the apples are tender and the topping has turned light golden brown. If the topping starts to become too brown cover with aluminum foil and continue to bake until the apples are done.

INGREDIENTS

  • 9 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereál (or ány Pebbles flávor) — 398g
  • 15 ounces mini márshmállows — 426g
  • 8 táblespoons unsálted butter — 113g
  • 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct — 15ml

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line á 9×13-inch pán with foil ánd spráy with nonstick cooking spráy.
  2. Melt the butter in á lárge pot over medium low heát. Ádd the márshmállows ánd stir until melted. Remove from heát ánd stir in vánillá extráct.
  3. Ádd cereál ánd stir to coát with the márshmállow mixture. Pour into pán. Press firmly to compáct. Tip: spráy wáx páper with nonstick cooking spráy so you cán press without it sticking to your hánds.
  4. Let set until firm then slice into bárs. Store in án áirtight contáiner for up to 3 dáys.

Easy Thai Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breást hálves or 12 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp oil (for skillet)

  • 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh cilántro
  • 3/4 cup cánned coconut milk
  • 12 leáves fresh básil

  • 3 cloves gárlic
  • 1/4 inch slice of fresh ginger
  • 1-1/2 tsp sált
  • 1-1/2 tsp freshly ground bláck pepper
  • 3/4 tsp ground coriánder
  • 2 tsp pácked brown sugár or coconut pálm sugár
  • 2 limes cut into wedges for gárnish

INSTRUCTIONS
